Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen, a Vietnamese American businesswoman, lives in Orange County California. I have a wonderful fiance named JP along with a very unhappy father Henry. I am most well-known through my Instagram page @annephung. Here I tell my life story. The highs, the lows, and everything in between. In 1990 I moved to America together with my family, including my brothers and parents as I reached the age of one-and-half. Without my parents' passion for hard work and sacrifice, I probably wouldn't even share my life. So that they could give their children a chance at a more prospering future, I aimed on my goals and worked hard to achieve it. I had a plan to study, graduate and get an excellent job. And then I wanted to have a family and a wife. My plan for success was to go to university, graduate and get a corporate job. I would then marry then buy a house, and start a family. But life had different plans. When I was in 2013, I started looking forward to going back to work. job. The money and the status didn't bring me happinessIt was as if I had wasted my time in exchange for a salary when I knew I had a destiny. My passion for fitness and my love of socializing with people helped me find my new calling as an instructor. In 2014, I established my company and I will celebrate 7 years since my birthday in 2021. In this field there is a lack of Asian females. My goal is to become a catalyst in the industry to provide the best coaching and guidance to help individuals to be healthier and happier them by creating an environment that is sustainable and meets their personal needs and goals. Additionally, I would like people to feel empowered to pursue their goals and accomplish whatever they want throughout their lives. While my career was taking the air and I was advancing, my mom passed away. It was the most devastating of them everything. Following an 8-year battle for a condition called Scleroderma, she's currently resting at Heaven. I am forever grateful to her and always remember her in my mind and my heart. It is amazing how life will teach us the exact lesson we need, even when we don't realize it. It was my mother's abrupt death that altered my life forever. And I really believe that it provided me with a chance to live my living a full and fulfilling life. Her death in the year of Tet/Lunar New Year Day was her opportunity to start an entirely new chapter. For me, it was my second chance to live a fulfilling life. What I'm experiencing in my 30s is a feeling of awe and vitality. It's like I am truly living, and not just existing. My story is made available to me so that I may be able to share my stories and words. This will help you know you're not alone. You're capable of accomplishing anything you wish and more. Therapy is necessary and is normal. Health is the greatest riches. My prayer is that you will live every moment to the fullest and have a end is without regrets because that's all we can count on during this lifetime.
